- Receive Oracle database from client and install locally
- Receive claims from participants - in the form of tokens
- Check all claims and assign to database account by participant
- Bi-monthly statement mailing production and despatch
- Hot-line management
- Reward claims receipt and management via third-party suppliers
- Regular research call-outs to measure effectiveness of programme
- Analysis and reporting
